Spartaks are a top team, no doubt. Nevertheless, they showed a weak display against Babite in last round. Prior to that, they did not have a very convincing game against Jelgava and against Riga maybe did not deserve all points.
Ljepaja, in my opinion, are a solid side and actually has higher market value on aggregate: 2.89 MIL, compared to 2.1 MIL of Spartaks...
They will also participate in European tournaments and lately, they have a good head to head record against Jurmala and in fact, have 3 away wins from last 5 visits in Jurmala. Correct odds are 1.7 for this line IMO.
